***前言***
国内外技术标准体系不同，在设计、施工、运营和维护方面的差异显著，导致国际工程参与人员难以准确、及时找到所需标准及标准配套应用等问题，因此，国际工程项目参与人员应了解国际标准体系、熟悉国外标准，并深入了解国内外技术标准的差异和优劣，打破因体系不同造成的第一层技术壁垒，把控国际工程投标报价和项目实施过程中的成本、质量、进度以及HSE管理，并逐步培育具备工程经验且熟悉国内外标准的高素质人才，有效推进我国标准国际化的进程。
本中心此次介绍的分项标准是在国际上应用广泛的英国标准（含ISO和EN等同采用标准），其国际标准分类（见国际标准分类）为ICS 93.020土方工程、挖掘、地基构造、地下工程（Earthworks, Excavation, Foundation construction, Underground works），隶属一级分类ICS93 土建工程（Civil Engineering）项下，主要应用于房屋、道路、铁路、机场、桥梁、水利、港口、隧道、给排水、防护等诸工程范围内的地质勘测专业，是工程设计、施工、运营和管理的必备资料。
***ICS 93.020英国分项标准的构成分析***
该套标准共计52项，其中8项为英国、欧洲和ISO等同采用标准，2项为英国和ISO等同采用标准，23项为欧洲和英国等同采用标准，19项英国标准（见表1）。
