1.1            范围

BS 8006本部分给出了使用土钉稳固土壤边坡和表面的建议和指导。在BS 8006-1:2010中给出了使用增强土壤方法的其他稳固方法,且复杂结构可能需要该两部分。

对于异常载荷或高土钉支护边坡、或与其他结构相接的地方可能需要考虑其他因素。

虽然BS EN 1997-1:2004明确排除了土钉支护,但本标准旨在协调土钉支护的设计方法与使用BS EN 1997-1:2004设计的其他岩土结构。

本标准的主要目的在于提供设计指导,但出于设计目的需要了解施工方法,也有适当款项说明。施工指导在执行标准BS EN 14490:2010中给出。在编制本标准时,CEN技术委员会TC341正在起草一份涵盖土钉测试的标准。

2.3.6中描述了类似土钉支护但未在标准中讨论的结构和过程。
