***ICE机构介绍***

英国土木工程师学会（Institution of Civil Engineers，简称ICE）是历史最悠久的专业会员组织，拥有9万多名土木工程师会员，与政府机构和行业保持密切协作，其授予的土木工程资质在国际上得到广泛认可，据悉我国国际工程项目超过一半需要用到欧洲和英国的技术标准，而ICE对相关标准的建立、指导及应用指南方面具有不可取代的地位。

除资质授予和ICE位于伦敦的图书馆（专业藏书逾13万册，全球会员均可借阅图书，并可通过邮寄进行借阅和归还；目前已经形成在线电子虚拟图书馆）外，ICE还向业界提供两大服务板块，分别是ICE出版物（ICE Publishing）和ICE培训（ICE Training），其中ICE出版物每年均更新，并且具有以下特点：
