正如我们之前曾经介绍过的，英国土木工程师学会（Institution of Civil Engineers，简称ICE）是历史最悠久的专业会员组织，其出版内容和培训获广泛国际认可（点击查看往期推送“英国土木工程师学会（ICE）概述”）。
众所周知，国外各层面的技术标准均以研究成果为依据，每年，IEC会携工程业界同行评选优秀的研究成果，包括实践成果和学术成果，这些研究成果经全球业界同行认定，质量卓越，并对土木工程、建设、材料等行业具有重要意义。了解优秀的研究成果，可帮助我国国际承包商强化知识管理和人才培养，从根源了解国际、区域和国外国家标准，并发掘自身优势，更好地把握投标、谈判、合同履行等重要环节。
